ETIQUETTE

Courtesy on the Course

It is in everyone’s interest to play without holding up other golfers. Play is permitted when the team in front is out of reach.

Play at a good pace; walking rapidly. Be ready to play when it is your turn and immediately leave the putting green as soon as the hole is finished. Arriving on the green, make sure your bag and trolley are on the path ready for the next hole.

Priority

All parties playing the full course have the right to pass ahead of a party not playing the full course. If a party loses its place on the course and finds itself outdistanced by more than one hole by the players in front, they must let the party behind them pass ahead.

Course Care

Replace any divots made whilst playing. Before leaving a bunker, the player must rake holes and footprints. Repair any ball marks or damage to the greens.

Dress code

It is imperative that the dress code is respected. No jeans, no Tee-shirts, no metal studded shoes and no animals allowed on the course.

COMPETITIONS

Subscription

Each player must produce their licence in order to sign up for a competition. Inscriptions will open a month before the actual date of the competition.

Teeing off

A player signed up for a competition, who does not show up, will be unable to play in the next competition. In the event of a cancellation the starter is authorized to alter tee times and/or teams in order to ensure the smooth running of the competition.

Prize giving

At the prize giving ceremony, please note that if absent your prize will automatically be attributed to the next player on the results grid. Out of respect to the sponsors it is preferable that competitors are present for the prize giving.
