Booking General Sales conditions
Article 1 : Prices
The prices indicated are calculated with French tax value per room and per night, for a number of persons per room and for a specified date. Local taxes are not included in the price.
Article 2 : Booking & Payment terms
This booking is considered as firm and final (unless terminated in accordance with the conditions below) from the transmission of your credit card number and its expiry date. The card must be valid on the date of the end of your stay.
We reserve the right to refuse your booking if the responsible authorities’ do not valid your credit card number.
The booking is guaranteed according to the prices and terms indicated for this period. The accommodation rates mentioned on the booking confirmation document are subject to change by the hotel based on the number of persons occupying the room(s).
The payments of your stay and related services are directly paid to the hotel on such terms as its exercises and its will inform you at your arrival.
These prices may not be renewed for future bookings. In general, the arrival at the hotel must be made before 6 pm.
Article 3 : Deposit & payment
When booking, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount of your stay.
Upon check in, we will require a “pre-authorization” with a credit card for the outstanding balance due on your stay, and 500 euros in order to cover any extras.
Article 4 : Guaranteed Booking
The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed after registration of the type, number, 3 digit security code and expiry date of the customer’s credit card and name on it, as a guarantee. The reservation is effective from 3p.m on the day of the arrival of the client and ends at noon on day of departure.
Article 5 : Booking changes
Any changes made to your reservation must be requested directly to the hotel by email at email@example.com or phone 04 94 19 60 36. This request will only be effective after reception of an email of confirmation.
In case of premature departure, the cost of the stay shall be billed in full by way of indemnification.
Article 6 : Cancellation Policy
A reservation can be canceled up to 7 days before arrival. In this case, the entire deposit will be refunded.
The refunded deposit will be equal to the euro amount collected during the initial booking. The hotel can not be held responsible for any negative variation in the exchange rate of a currency other than the euro between the dates of collection and return of the deposit.
For cancellations less than 7 days, the deposit will not be refunded.
